The Power of Thought

In recent years there has been substantial advances in the science of wellbeing and vast new evidence looking at ways it can be measured.

Beliefs and thoughts about ourselves can have an effect on our emotional and physical states.

Allowing new ideas to enter our consciousness helps us to blossom in ways that we had previously not thought possible.

Self-compassion and mindfulness techniques can help change our thinking and improve the quality of our lives.

Hay House publishing company delivers products and services that empower and educate the individual, while helping to heal our planet. The founder, Louise Hay, was an established leader in the transformational movement, helping millions of people to improve their wellbeing since 1980s.

Louise Hay’s personal philosophy was forged from her tormented upbringing. Suffering from abuse and ill health she later trained in ‘Science of Mind’ and ‘A Course in Miracles’.

After several years, Louise compiled a reference guide detailing the mental causes of physical ailments and developed positive thought patterns for reversing illness and creating health. As a result, she began lecturing and facilitating workshops on loving and healing the self .

Louise believed that what we give out is what we get back, our thoughts create our reality and the keys to positive change are self-approval and self-acceptance.
